MICHAL D. HARRIS, MBA

                                       DIRECTOR

Originally from Pine Bluff, Arkansas and a 2006 alumni from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.  He graduated from the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff in Fall 2006 with a BS in Management.   In 2012, Michal completed his MBA with a focus Human Resource Management from Kaplan University.  His academic journey would not be fulfilled as he is currently working on his DBA with a focus on Leadership from Walden University. 
Michal prides himself in wanting to better the lives of youth by working with them one-on-one to understand their strengths and weaknesses.  He seeks partnerships in the community with local businesses and organizations to help provide career education and jobs to keep the youth off the streets. He states that our community, is the backbone of where we live and in order for it to grow we must give back.
